2nd Precinct
The 2nd Precinct’s service area is Northeast and Southeast Minneapolis. The 2nd Precinct is headquarters for the Patrol Unit, Precinct Investigations Unit, the Community Response Team, and Community Crime Prevention Specialists Teams. Todd Loining is the 2nd Precinct’s Inspector.

The Second Precinct Advisory Council (2PAC) meets the second Monday of each month at 6 p.m. the Monroe Village community room, 1900 Central Ave. NE. All are welcome to attend. These meetings bring together residents, businesses and police department officials to discuss crime issues and trends in our area of Minneapolis.
